Yet again... (does this sound like a broken record) characters come on the screen with no time to react.
More floating spikes
As established before this should not be in a Mega Man game. You should never have items floating that can instantly kill you. These are incredibly hard to hit or bypass pushing aggravation levels to the max.

This sniper joe is just a dick. If you try to jump over him he'll hit you instantly.
Dick move #36
If you don't have Beat and can't make it across the other way, this little rolling enemy hits you right away as soon as you come on screen.
Small shit you can't hit
These little ghost things are the hardest things to hit in the game. I can't tell you how many times I tried to hit these annoying fucks and missing them by a long shot with the Buster. Trying to do this part without special weapons is insane.
This part here is incredibly annoying to get through in that, if you don't speed run and hit everything precisely you'll get knocked down by the floating enemies and thus have to readjust the platforms to make it anywhere. It's at this point you realize there is just too much going on to even consider this a Mega Man game.

Two little ghosts come out at the end just before you jump down the hole.

More exploding time bombs puzzle shit. ARGHHHHH!
When I talking pinpoint I mean pinpoint.
This section not only requires you to have pinpoint reactions and jump but the characters are specifically placed to give you a false sense of safety.
And... it gets worse...
Precision speed runs, having to fire at triggers at specific times. This is where I could not get any further on this level. There is just way too many dynamics to hit at one time consistently for the average player to be able to continue.
Oh we're not done yet
As if the rest of the level wasn't bad enough now you have to help dagger man on a section. This level is the equivalent of War & Peace.
More pinpoint precision
*sigh* This game is just not fun at this point.
The worst speed run yet.
Jump, Fire, avoid the laser beams, turn on the blocks, repeat. It seriously requires intense concentration for any chance of making it to the other side here. This goes to show how difficult the developer intended to make this game with no consideration of the actual playability.
Bad character design
This has to be the worst designed boss ever made since the final boss in MM3
