Invisible enemies
Enemies that appear out of nowhere and give you no time to react. Yeah, that's fair.
Weird dynamics
The little conveyor things are wonky. You will get caught sometimes and other times you just fall to your death.
Speed run galore
And this is even worst than the Rush Sled levels in MM8. If you want to get through this ice BS you literally just have to keep running. Stop and you pretty much will fall off and die. Not fun, not fair, and not Mega Man.
But wait! There's more!
Still, more speed runs with split-second timing on ice dynamics. You pretty much have to use your bubble power to get through this. Polar Woman is a mean bitch.
Don't go chasing waterfalls
Overused and distracting. It's hard to figure out where the hell your character is here. Trying to get through this area of ice and falling icicles is just insane.

Polar woman is way too fast
Way too fast in my opinion. At one point she throws to the ground some ice. She needs to pause a bit between actions to give the user time to react. Wish Mega Man (or Roll) had this speed.
